I don't know how to read it but I have quite a few. Here is my most recent one. I believe it is a bad driver but I don't know what and have tried using windows updater.

This is driving me insane, please help I am at my wits end. Any help is much appreciated, have a good day.

Also: this happens randomly, can happen at boot up, or during normal use. Thanks in advance.

Edit: It says it's most likely ntoskrnl.exe or ntkrnlmp.exe causing the issue. Tests show it is not hardware failure or anything.

Hi, I ran the dump file through the debugger and got the following information: https://pste.eu/p/64k7.html

File: 082718-22843-01.dmp (Aug 28 2018 - 00:44:07)
BugCheck: [KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE (139)]
Probably caused by: ntkrnlmp.exe (Process: System)
Uptime: 0 Day(s), 0 Hour(s), 16 Min(s), and 19 Sec(s)

BIOS information was not included in the dump file. This can sometimes mean an oudated BIOS is being used.
Note: Updating your BIOS can be risky. Never try it when you might lose power (lightning storms, recent power outages, etc).

It would be helpful if you could list your system specs.

I can't help you with this. Wait for additional replies. Good luck.

what are specs of PC? All dump shows is you have a Ryzen CPU. Is ram running at default speeds?

Update your LAN drivers - http://www.realtek.com.tw/Downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&Langid=1&Level=5&PFid=5&PNid=13 (unless you use WIFI, those appear fairly new)

ntoskrnl.exe or ntkrnlmp.exe are both essential parts of windows. They are both parts of the windows kernel and PC can't run once they crash. It handles all driver requests, power management, and memory management. It sits between Hardware and Applications. It got blamed but its not the cause
