Question Getting no display to any monitors from my GPU

I cant get any sort of display from my Zotac Gaming Gefore RTX 3060 ti gpu into my monitor

I’m using a Gigabyte H610M S2H DDR4 Motherboard with only 2 RAM slots

I have tried many things, but I just want to boot it up and get display so I can get into BIOS and start the full boot so I can download windows software onto it

I have also tried using 2 different monitors and a TV. I only have access to HDMI cables
