Getting random BosD

Hey everyone,
I used this tool to check out what cause my BosD is not very frequently to be honest it happen like 1-2 times every week maybe 2.So as i said about i used a tool to see whyi get those BosDs and there were 2 things that cause my BosD,i may probably know the issue already but just to make sure since im not an expert.

Random BSODs (Black Screen Of Death) are usually caused by faulty RAM.
You should download and run MemTest86.
BSOD's can also be caused by software.
BlueScreenView might also be helpful.

Hey there thank your for your reply i been kinda busy and didn't have the time to check this thread nor use my PC yes i did use BlueScreenView that's where i got the info i posted above from.BosD is really randomly it happen maybe 1-2 times a week when.There is something i forgot to mention last time,my screen sometimes freeze then goes black and comes back eveything happens in like 10 secs,i did read around forums and seen few suggestions on other threads,things i've tried so far:Get a DVI cable,reinstall graphic drivers.Yet it still happens whenver i play a game on max settings or low settings it still freez(Not responding) or if i watch a movie on any player/online.
