Getting Ready To Order This

This will be a Windows 7 PC that will be used for typical home use and occasional gaming with the likes of Skyrim (probably no more than 10 hours per week will be spent gaming). I actually have $850 to spend (and this exceeds that by about $5.00 due to shipping), but any cost saving measures would be appreciated (first time build here). Also, I prefer to stick with Newegg because I am familiar with them. Finally, I already have a copy of Windows 7 and 4x4 GB of Crucial DDR3 1333 RAM.

That HDD is more of a data drive. I would not use it as a primary drive as it will be slower. I would go with this one. It is the same price after $10 off code.

The rest of your system looks good. If you plan to overclock, I would get a better than stock cooler. This one will be the best for your money.
