Getting rid of ads

I have successfully removed most of the annoying ads but AllDaySaving is very persistent. I have removed all the files that had that name but it still puts up ads. I read somewhere that Search Protect is the culprit and that it would be very difficult to remove.

This is indeed the case. One suggestion was to remove it in safe mode but this made no difference, I was still being told that I need the permission of the administrator, even though I am the only user.

Another suggestion was to download Adwcleaner but this simply brought in more ads-producing software that then had to be removed.

If anyone can solve this problem for me I shall be extremely grateful. Thank you in expectation.
