Getting rid of click screen?

How do you get rid of the screen that comes up when you turn on laptop and you gotta click it to get to password screen? it seems kinda pointless.

As far as I know there is not one. You don't have to click though you can press space bar or a key and it will go up. It is pretty much the same as CTRL+ALT+DEL.
