Question Getting rid of the borders around a window ?

How can I get rid of the borders around a non-maximized window?
The borders are the frames around the edge of the window. These consist of the top, bottom, right and left sides of the window.
If it isn't possible, can I at least change their color?

It's decades since I used XP but I don't think you can have borderless windows.
