Hi! Just wanted to say since building my rig,it is amazing. For my problem, when I play BF1, I am getting around 50 fps on ultra. I should be getting 70+. My Msi afterburner shows that stuff stays around:
Gpu:
about 80w
about 40% gpu usage
about 30% fan speed
1291 core clock
Cpu:
about 3.3 ghz
Ram:
6.6 gb

I have the i5 6500, MSI armor rx 480 4gb, and 8gb ram. My psu is the seasonic 520w S1S11.

I'd appreciated help to find out what the problem is, thank you!

What's your CPU usage when playing Battlefield 1 at ultra? It might be hitting 100% CPU usage at times, which is causing you to stutter.

I run Battlefield 1 at high/ultra mixed settings with 130% resolution scale, HBAO and TAA enabled and I'm getting 70-75 fps pretty consistently.

I use the command ''renderdevice.renderaheadlimit 2'' to lower CPU usage. You should use this too.
Who says you should be getting 70+? Whatever benchmark you are looking at that's probably for campaign, not a 64 player multiplayer server which is significantly more cpu intensive than campaign. You will see dips into the 50s in multiplayer with that system.

Are you sure gpu usage is only at 40%? What is cpu usage? If so you may have an issue, probably gpu drivers.
