Question Getting This Error 5:0000065434 On Steam

Hello

I been trying to sort this issue for the past few hours
Now firstly when i downloaded Call of duty world at war it did its first time instilling
But then this error came up during instilling "directx an internal system error occurred"
After this Punkbuster instilled and it worked fine

When starting the game through steam the World at war logo came up went then to a black screen then going back to the home page and black again then it just stayed on my home page and it was still running clicked a few times just a black screen for a few secounds

This happens on a atoher game of mine "Grid"
upon starting the game through steam logo comes but it just goes back to home page but Grid is still running and every time i press it its a black screen

I'm also getting this error called 5:0000065434 in the following games
Fallout 3 Game of the year
Fallout New vegas
Call of duty world at war
Gird

Every other game works
Call Of Duty Black Ops 3
Euro Truck Sim 2
American Truck Sim
Grid 2
Hearts Of Iron IV

I have tried the following
Delete the My games folder at Docs folder
Used Cmds to link steamfolder at D drive from the C drive as steam is instilled on C drive and all of my games are on D drive.

Would be greatful if anyone could help me please.
