Question getting very high temps in cpu! need help!

hello there, i was getting poor framerates in game(pubg,apex with RTX 2060) with lags and freezes. i checked temps on HWmonitor, i am attaching pics. its shows 98-100 C. is this normal or i need work on my cooling, if so kindly advice.

the 8100 doesnt have a very high tdp. what cooler are you using?

i would repaste cpu and system does not report any case fans .
