getting very low fps on tencent gaming buddy PUBG MOBILE(EMULATOR)

Hey guys am getting really low fps on tencent gaming buddy PUBG MOBILE(Emulator) can anyone please tell me what's the problem? i get really good fps on GTA 5, FIFA but when i play PUBG MOBILE i.e, from emulator am getting only around like 15 to 25fps can anyone tell me what's the problem?My guess its cause of my RAM?
MY PC SPECS-
Processor - Q9650 3.0ghz (stock)
RAM - 4gbDDR2
GPU-Nvdia 1030 DDR5

im using r5 2600, and a 1060, still very fluctuating fps, 10-60
i mean, these gaming buddy is stupid, i got 80 fps on far cry 5, 60 fps on AC odyssey, but a mobile pubg? not always 60 fps?? stupid emulator id say
