Getting weird graphical glitches from time to time on multiple monitor setup.

Hi! I get these weird glitches on my main monitor (XL2411Z). Sometimes it occurs when launching a game (its brief), or when I'm exiting a game, but it also occurs sometimes when I'm not gaming. The GPU I have is MSI GTX 970, and I also use Nvidia Inspector to control the GPU clock.
Could Nvidia inspector be the cause?

Edit: I am going to turn off Nvidia Inspector for the day to see if the issue persists. Will report back.

I noticed a slight distortion on my second monitor while playing Fallout 3 just now, but that could also be related to the mods i have installed, or the fact that I'm running it with windows 7 64-bit.

This is not solved. I went away for a couple of days, and now its back. Anybody know what could be the cause?
