Getting wrong GPU memory readings.

I recently upgraded to a 980ti, and while it's been running great, some programs I use have been showing incorrect VRAM amounts. I have a warranty and 4 year full protection plan with the card so I'm not at all worried if something's wrong, but I want to make sure there's an actual issue before I RMA it. The card is, of course, a 6gb card.

- Speccy tells me my memory size is 2048.
- CPUID tells me my memory size is 4095.
- An in-game ENB program tells me my memory size is 4096.
- GPU-Z tells me my memory size is 6144 (accurate).
- NVidia Control Panel also tells me my memory size is 6144.

So is there a problem? Is the card too new for some of the programs to register, or do I have a legitimate issue with memory detection and/or usage?
