Ghost recon / far cry 4 / tomb raider multiplayer

Can my system run far cry 4 multiplayer minimum system requirement?

current specs : i3 4130 / gtx750 energy efficient
or should I install my brother's gtx970 strix

upgrade ( 2015 ) : i5 4460 or 4690k

A gtx 750 will barely run those games. If you're brother's not using the gtx 970 then yes go ahead and use it. It should max out almost every game.

GTX750 -- drop resolution to 720p , med to low setting aa off, ambient off

I'm not sure how intensive they are CPU wise but an i3 should be fine, especially if you plan on upgrading to an i5 in the future. If you are running 60hz and don't have to worry about getting over 60fps the CPU will perform great.
