first of all, i have a fx6100 and gtx960, initially i supposed a cpu bottleneck but not seems it.
normally i play on 1080p but due the low fps i trired 720p, still get the same fps.
but on 720p/1080p my gpu usage is around %60 - seems like a bottleneck? think again. (my cpu usage is not even %99)
-on 1080p in game's own benchmark: gpu usage is %99 and i'm satisfied with fps.
i tried a crazy thing also, i run the game at 4k dsr and shocked - my gpu usage is %99 (not in benchmark
so what will i have to do getting %99 gpu usage on 1080/720p? is this a driver problem? but other games are flawless.
