Ghosting problem on LED monitor

Hi, I have this monitor http://www.amazon.com/AOC-E2460SWD-24-Inch-Widescreen-Monitor/dp/B007X2KOCC and I am experienceing ghosting on all games. (http://www.highdefdigest.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/ghosting.jpg)
Is it just my monitor or is there a way to fix it?

Try a different monitor. If the problem persists then you know it's either software or hardware. As it sits I would strongly suggest your monitor is either dying or defective from the factory. Also try replacing your monitors HDMI/DVI plug. Maybe something is wired wrong.

My monitor isn't dying, I only bought it a few months ago. I will try a different monitor/cable.

I know this is really late but i have your EXACT monitor and for years now, NO this monitor does NOT have any ghosting normally.
