Budget isn't that big, but is this build good and will this play all games on single tv 1080p on highest setting:
1. Asrock H61M-DG3 USB3.
2. EVGA GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost SC 2GB GDDR5.
3. G.Skill Ripjaws X DDR3 1600 PC3-12800 8GB 2x4GB CL9.
4. Intel Core i3-3240 3.4 Ghz Box.
And what PSU should I use? Will 460 watts suffice?
My brother currently has:
1. biostar gf7025-m2.
2. AMD Atlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4000+, 2.10 Hz.
3. Nvidia GeForce GTX 260.
4. Ram - 2.00 Gb.
5. PSU - DPS-460DB-3 A, 100-240 V ~/ 8A, 47-63 Hz.

400 - 450 euro, I live in Spain, but my brother in Uktain, and I think hard drive he will use his and PSU possibly too, well you saw what his build is, perhaps there is a way to use some parts, but Motherboard, processor and Ram is pitiful in my opinion, so definitely buy a new one.

O.k, How about this :

Combine this build with this GPU :
http://www.amazon.es/Sapphire-11200-06-20G-Tarjeta-de-Video/dp/B0089E6IR8/ref=sr_1_3?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1368872463&sr=1-3&keywords=7850

and total is €457.81, and the 7850 when OC'd it reaches same levels of 650ti boost.

BEST LUCK

Thank you, but I would like motherboard friendly to nVidia card and nVidia card which I choosed and it's cost is only a bit bigger than what you propose, but thank you.
