[SOLVED] Gigabyte 6700XT Gaming OC - Loud Fan Noise

So recently I got a new GPU; the Gigabyte Gaming OC varient of the 6700XT. It performs as I'd expect, but the problem I'm having is that it gets pretty damn loud and look I can forgive just consistent fan noise, but its more of a strange pulsating sound that occurs during certain RPM ranges. Now, yes I am quite noise sensitive so my tolerance for noise is quite low compared to most but I feel like this is more of a defect than something I should just expect, especially considering it was never mentioned in any reviews I read.

Could it be that the fan mounts are loose in some way, or that the fans are damaged..?

Try using msi afterbuner and set fan speed at a percentage where the temps and noise are acceptable.
