Gigabyte 7850 with a MSI B75MA-P45 Motherboard, will it work?

My first post here and i hope this is in the right section,so please bear with me.
I am building my first gamming PC and due to my limited budget i have to choose a cheaper b75 type board. I wanted to know if the amd 7850 fits properly on a micro-atx board or should i get an atx board(which will seriously cross my budget since i would have to get an atx compatible case)and are there compatibility issues with 1600 MHz RAm modules??

My other components on my shooping list are:

1.Intel Core i5-3570

2.Seasonic ECO 600 600 Watts PSU

3.G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) PC RAM

4.Philips V-line 206V3LSB28 20 inch LED Monitor

5.Wd Black Caviar 1 TB SATA Desktop Hard Drive

Yes it fits, you should get a dual channel kit of 2x4GB of the same brand/model.

mobo size doesnt dictate gpu size, as pci-e slots are universal in size. its the case where you have to worry about size limitations with gpus.
