Question gigabyte a520m ds3h v2 two nvme slots

Hi guys, I'm in a bit of a tricky situation. I have a gigabyte a520m ds3h v2 board. I can see what i think are two nvme slots, one directly on top of the other. Based on what i've read the drives can be attached using the plastic clip on the board. Here's where I'm having trouble. The clip only seems to support one nvme drive. Do any of you happen to know of a video or tutorial on how to insert the second drive?

I'm under a bit of pressure to get this up and running.

Any tips or guides would genuinely be appreciated!
If needs be i can post a picture of the nvme slot?

This board has only one M2 slot. And there is no board that has two stacked one on another.

Hmmm that's odd DRagor. When i purchased to board i specified DUAL nvme, are you 100% sure about the nvme drive layout?
I'm not questioning your knowledge I'm just a bit confused.

Well I don't know what the seller thought but I'm 1000% sure A520M ds3h v2 has only one M2 slot.

At least what a description says on Gigabyte site. But indeed photos show 2 slots. Hmm

Let me dig deeper

Ok, I see now. The board has space for second slot but the actual M2 slot is not installed in this model. Probably Gigabyte reuses PCB for different model.
So it has one M2 slot.

It's certainly somewhat confusing DRagor. The thing that struck me first was if it is a stacked drive, as in one on top of the other then how do i mount the screws. I'm sorry I genuinely don't mean to question your expertise but it's really confusing me.

And if there were two M.2 ports (there aren't), that would NOT be 'stacked'. They would be side by side.

strange.... on the upside i have a pci to nvme adapter. Thanks for taking the time to look into this for me. I'm gonna build the pc once my second nvme drive arrives. I'll keep you posted
