Gigabyte AB350 RGB

I have a Gigabyte AB350 3 motherboard. Everything is working great, except RGB. No matter what I try, the Ambient LED program only has the static LED option lit up, with the rest "shaded out." When I click on static, nothing happens. I get no color options, no matter what. Any ideas on how to solve this?

Check in BIOS, the RGB Fusion setting.
Have you installed the App Center?
