Gigabyte Aorus 15P YD (big question)

Guys I found this model. Gigabyte AORUS 15P YD-73LA224SH i7 11800H RTX 3080P.

My big question is about the RTX 3080P. What's mean the P.

In comparassion with the MSI GP66 leopard 11uh-032 with same gpu RTX3080.
this laptop is the same or not?.

I hope it is not too late to answer you. P = Performance = 130W videocard Laptop , I have that model and it really is a beast, all the games go smoothly, it is like having a desktop pc with a 2080-2080ti, the temperatures are excellent and in my case it does not exceed 75 degrees celcius on video card or processor, the bad thing is the Gigabyte software .. it's absolute trash ... the colors of the keyboard change with each reboot (it does not save the customization) and its updates tab just does not work, among other things and errors. On the other hand it looks like the MSI but the Gigabyte has 16Gb of vram and 32Gb of ram. Cheers
