Question Gigabyte AX370- Gaming 5 Blue Screens after entering BIOS

I have a Gigabyte AX370 Gaming 5, Ryzen 5 1600 - I have windows 10 loaded on my 120GB Sata SSD & Have a 1TB HDD for games and such. My PC boots fine with no issues, if I ever try to enter the bios I enter fine, but after editing anything or even just being in the bios when I go to boot I blue scree, the only solution I can find is switching the SATA cables around, instantly solves it until the next time I need to go into the bios. I would love if anyone has any ideas, because Im worried one time switching the SATA cables is not going to fix the issue, (Screen has the sad face and says "You PC ran into a problem and will need to restart"

Is your bios version F50a? That was released last month.

It seems like that board has a few bios quirks.
