I am planning on buying a computer, with a gigabyte motherboard (Gigabyte B360 Gaming 3 Wifi). I am also buying a case and cpu cooling from SilentiumPC

Case: https://www.silentiumpc.com/en/product/armis-ar7x-tg-rgb/
Cooling: https://www.silentiumpc.com/en/product/navis-evo-argb-120/
Mobo: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B360-AORUS-GAMING-3-rev-10#kf

Now the problem is, I really like the rgb of the case and cooling, but on the bottom of the cooling web page it says GIGABYTE RGB FUSION (3-PIN) - YES and on the one about the case it also says GIGABYTE RGB (4-PIN RGB) - YES. Does this mean I need some connector to use the rgb? I think I read somewhere that I need an adapter or something, I went on the motherboard's webpage on gigabyte.com but it doesn't say anything about rgb pins, do I need to pick a different motherboard?

The manual for your case isn't entirely specific but the board you're looking at has 4(6) RGB headers. You should be using the 12GRBW header to pair with the case's RGB controller. You should make sure to connect the arrow on the connector to the 12v pin on the board and the W on that connector on the board will be left empty. Hence 12GRB is what you will need to work with to avail the case and all the RGB goodness.
