[SOLVED] GIGABYTE B550 aorus elite v2 and my ryzen 9 5900x did not work

I buy a GIGABYTE B550 aorus elite v2 and my ryzen 9 5900x did not work. Try with a ryzen 5 3600, work fine. I update de lastest bios and nothing, no video with the ryzen 9 5900x.

check the pins of the 5900x to see if any are crooked and tell me what cooler you are using

all 550 mb come ready for 5000 processors, it has nothing to do with bios

Motherboard revision is 1.5
I install the cpu and no video comes up. Reset the bios, the same thing. Put a ryzen 5 3600 to test and the video comes up, and let me in into bios config. Before board let me in into the bios, put a message that i have to reset the TPM. I say yes.

All the pins are ok. The cooler is AMD Wraith Stealth Socket

Double check that both your 8-pin and 24-pin power cables are firmly attached to the motherboard.

It is also possible you have a defective CPU. Wouldn't be the first time that happened. From where did you purchase it?

I already have it working in a alienware r10 with a x570 motherboard. I Just put it out and mount in the other board.
