Question Gigabyte B550 Aorus Pro doesn't recognise M.2 NVMe storage

I have tried either slots on the mobo and all possible BIOS settings but can't get it to show up in either BIOS or windows.
Using a 1TB Gigabyte NVMe SSD on B550 Aorus Pro with Ryzen 7 3700x.

Can you get into BISO and check to see what BIOS version you're currently on? If you have BIOS updates pending, please gradually work your way to the latest revision. On a second note, populate M2A_CPU on the motherboard.
