Question Gigabyte B550 UD AC not showing Bios on startup

Built brand new.

Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D
DDR 4 3200 memory

Things we've tried:
Reset CPU
Reset Memory
Tried a different PSU
Tried q-flashing
Double checked all connections

Currently no GPU is installed. We are getting no BIOS at all on startup, no beeps or visual indications. Any fixes or ideas?

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D
What are you using to cool that processor? Check to see if there are pins on the CPU socket for any bent or broken pins.

Water-cooled by frostflow FX280, but it shouldn't be that as that is the only part that turns on(LEDs are on). We're certain there are no bent pins.
