Why do you wish to remove the power limits?

What gains or benefits are expected? Quantify.

Very likely that there are some safeguards in place that prevent removal of power limits or perhaps simply roll the limits back to supported power limits if some attempt is made to exceed those power limits.

And just as likely there may be little to gain by allowing or otherwise increasing power. And more to lose.

More information needed.

I do not know.

The report was a request to delete the post per OP finding a "fix".

I marked the post SOLVED and rejected the deletion request.

No indication of what the "fix" was. TBD.
If there is no response to solve this problem, it is better to delete it so that there are no open issues without solutions

the i3-12100f i drop frame in my game win i open google crhome , so i was locking for the frequency written on Intel's website4300ghz , which I've never seen , but now yaah it is 4300 , Intel's stupidity as usual makes two cores work 43 and the other is asleep
