gigabyte b75m d3h Continue short beep and boot loop

Hello all,mypc suddenly shut down and I wasn't able to boot up it gives beep restart and show bios recovery option n repeate same thing . I tried to many combinations, but still the same. I took out the CMOS battery, unplugged everything even the power supply and left it for over night. Then I tried to unplug everything and boot with only RAM, CPU, Fan and display card. but after shut down and turn it on again. The problem is the same.

CAN IT BE DUE TO DUAL BIOS CURRUPTED ?
WHAT ABOUT IF BOTH BIOS (MAIN AND RECOVERY BIOS) CURRUPTED ?

Did you try booting with only 1 stick of RAM?

first of all thanks for your reply rock ,I have only 1 ram installed in my pc and i tried after removing that one also but same prob. still there .

When you said in your original post the PC "suddenly shut down", did Windows go through it's shut down procedure or did the computer suddenly die?

THANKS A LOT FINALLY I AM ABLE TO BOOT MY PC IT WAS ALL BY CURRUPTED BIOS ONLY I ALSO TRIED MANY TIME TO RECOVER BUT FAILS FINALLY SUCCEED TO UPDATE FROM BACKUP BIOS WITH THAT POWER ON MATHOD .
