Gigabyte B85M-D3H don't power up properly

I've got Gigabyte B85M-D3H and when i plug in my GTX 660 it wont start propely and powers off.
My spec
i3-4130
PSU Corsair CX430W-V2
RAM Transcend 4GB
Connections are proper and everything
Pls need help here

Probably PSU , but vould be other issues.

How old is the PSU?
The GTX 660 requires at least a 450W PSU IIRC.
Also, the CX PSUs from Corsair are not that good.

I would start the troubleshooting with the PSU as the culprit in case you have the chance to test another PSU in your PC.

psu is working just fine in my friend's PC
and mob is also working good without any Graphics Card
