Gigabyte B85M D3H + TL-WN881ND (PCIe question)

Hi, I recently bought a Gigabyte B85M D3H motherboard, and as well as a TL-WN881ND wireless adapter, on all of the installation video's, it show's you need this port:

However as you can see the B85M D3H only has:

As you can tell from the nature of this post I am new to building, and was wondering whether the TL-WN881ND can be put in the far left "PCIEX4" slot, and graphics card on the far right.

Or should I get a different wireless card?

Buy a USB wireless adapter, but if you use Win10 dont buy TPlink if you want dual band. Otherwise you may not get dual band

Don't you get less performance from a USB wireless adapter than a PCIe wireless adapter?

I dont. I'm using 3 dual band USB adapters here using 5 GHZ.

They can get online, send files to each other . Print/scan to 2 printers wirelessly. I'm happy

What's the difference between USB wireless adapters that have an Internal or Onboard Antenna?
