Question Gigabyte C621 Xtreme mb in continuous rebooting loop

Gigabyte C621 Xtreme mb in continuous rebooting loop with no QLED reading with nothing connected except -

  1. the Intel Xeon W3175X3 CPU and
  2. with / without 2 sticks of Crucial CT64G4LFQ4266 memories.

Any advice?

This board, since we bought it, we never could go to BIOS - there is no Qled posting and there is no Beeps - it just reboots itself instantly - with and without any component(s) .
We sent the board to Gigabyte for repairing three (3) times and every time the board came back with exactly in the same condition, it was sent to them.

Someone - please help and advise. - Regards

The processor you've got should work with the first release BIOS, meaning F1. Did you inspect the CPU socket for any bent or broken pins? A side note would be to try and use a single 16GB stick, considering that the 12 slots on the motherboard support a cumulative amount of 192GB's of ram.
