[SOLVED] Gigabyte DS3H B450M now already updated for the Ryzen 5 3400g CPU?

My question is: has the Gigabyte DS3H B450M motherboard I bought yesterday been updated to mount the RYZEN 5 3400G CPU?
Is there anything written on the box packaging? What should I read?
Last thing, does the above motherboard have the USB FLASHBACK for updating the BIOS without a CPU?

mount the RYZEN 5 3400G CPU

To get RYZEN 5 3400G to work you need to
1- use an AMD processor listed as working with Version F1 to boot into BIOS.

2- Load optimized defaults from BIOS Exit menu, reboot
3 - Update bios to F32, reboot
4 - Load optimized defaults, reboot
5 - Update bios to F40, reboot
6 - Load optimized defaults, reboot
7 - Update bios to latest version (F41), reboot
8 - Load optimized defaults
Shut down and install the RYZEN 5 3400G.
