Question New build won't boot past the splash screen ?

Motherboard: Gigabyte EAGLE AX Z790

Hello, im building a new pc and came across with some problems

Motherboard won't boot past the motherboard splash screen with a USB (w/w11). If I take off the USB it goes into the BIOS.

I disabled CSM but the problem still remains.

Any thoughts what it could be the problem?

If I take off the USB it goes into the BIOS

This means that there are no OS to boot into, hence why PC goes into BIOS after POST.
