Gigabyte g1 sniper 5

HI, I've purchased a gigabyte g1 sniper 5 motherboard, I put all together and everything an i7 cpu and turned it on, but the screen stays blank ... nothing comes on .. I tried to connect the hdmi and the vga but still Nothing (no signal) on the screen,
Please Help!

Are you using the GPU ports or the video ports on the mobo?
