Question Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P and AMD FX-8350?

Im considering upgrading my pc with a AMD FX-8350. Would it fit with a Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P?

Not a good pairing , the DS3P has a poor power phase and thermal design.
