Which mobo do you think would fit to my specs? The only missing part is only the mobo because I have no any idea what is the best for my system. And I am planning to OC it to 4.3 ghz in the future.

Trying to look for that mobo here in Philipines.

Aside from Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P and Gigabyte GA-990FXA-D3, what mobo do you recommend? (Budget mobo)

Just get the ASUS you posted , with a decent cooler and it will allow for some mild overclocking.

The EVO cooler is a good choice.

Hi sir! It's me again, I just want to ask if Asrock 970 Extreme3 is better than Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P and Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 for OC'ng?

Every CPU is different , some overclock well others are not so great , you won't know till you proceed.

But Asus M5A97 LE R2.0 has no VRM heatsink right?

No but you can MILD overclock with cooling.

I prefer ASUS on most platforms.

M5A97 (R2.0) < Has heatsinks , LE doesn't but people have overclocked on it to varying degrees.

The UD3P I posted earlier is the only decent OC board in the 970 lineup.
