Gigabyte GA-AB350 Gaming 3 Issue

So I have had below components rigged in my system for almost a year now.
Ryzen 5 1600X
MSI RX 580 Gaming 8G
Gskill 8GBX2
Cooler Master Hyper 212X
Jonsbo VF1 GPU Radiator
Masterbox MB500 (got it recently)

This issue creeped up about last month. There was a sudden Power cut and then my PC wont POST. The diagnostic LED's on board jump between CPU and DRAM, indicating an issue with either or both of the two. After going through a lot of posts, I figured that if I hold the Reset and Power on Button for a while, it resets my BIOS and starts up my system. This happens everytime I turn off Power from the PC and/or Unplug the PSU from the power source.

I also have been noticing that my GPU was running really hot, after upgrading to the Adrenaline drivers (partly the reason I had to get the GPU Radiator). Still, while playing games, the temps spike to 70-75+ degrees Celsius while on idle, its on mostly 34-38 degrees Celsius. I have a custom curve on using MSI Afterburner, but still, the GPU runs really hot while playing any game.

Are the thermal issues causing any the problems with the mobo? Everytime I turn off the power supply to the PC, i have to sort of reset it to start it over. How do i stop that? It is becoming irritating at this point, having to reset bios everytime.

Also, I have 5 fans on my case (120MM Masterflow RGB's). Two on front and two on top pull in air while the one rear fan draws out the hot air. Should I change the Fan structure to keep the case cooler? Any suggestions?

FANS: its good to have more pushing in than out, lower dust inside. I would go to 3:2 setting, maybe 4:2 if connectors can do it. Consider dedicated fan under GPU, not sure if in or our will work better.

About bios, try entering and save some settings, maybe restoring optimized or safe defaults. Once that faulty setting is overwritten, it should stop bugging out. Also please tell me what clock is saying each time you reset ? does it remember last time or resets to some date way back ?

It would be very strange for only one year motherboard, but at least some of the symptoms are pointing toward failed motherboard battery. Since new battery costs few bucks at most, I would start there.
Another possibility is that power down caused corruption of main BIOS. Gigabyte boards have double BIOS, when one is corrupted, the board can start from the backup, but once you remove power plug it can 'forget' it was using backup and will try starting from main next time. If that would be your problem, then reflashing BIOS (with same or newer version) could solve it.

Cant put a fan under GPU. The PSU shroud there wouldnt allow me to. I dont think there is any space inside the case to put in more fans. The top two, that are currently pushing in, should I change them so that one is for in, and one for out? But having two fans next to each other like that worth it? Also, I do have a GPU radiator that pushes in air to the GPU, still it runs pretty hot.

As for the Bios, I had it reset to version F5, then updated to F22, then to F23. Now whenever I have to reset it to start up my pc, the BIOS stays at version F22. Even after loading optimized defaults.

keep pairs doing same thing. it will be pointless if fresh air just pulled in was pushed out

The flash should update both main and backup (obviously in two step procedure to avoid possibility of crashing both). Otherwise you could run into issues when backup is older version that does not support current CPU and can't boot because of that - and that would not make sense. If the last thing you flashed was F23, and the board starts now with F22, then something's not right here. It would look like flash to F23 partially failed. Unless you had the problem no matter which BIOS version was used?
