Is Gigabyte GA-H61M-DS2 Motherboard HDMI capable and does is support external graphics?
Which will be a good graphic card for it nvidia zotac gt620 or radeon hd 6450?
and is it a good budget mobo?

It is a good budget Motherboard and it does support external graphics as it has a VGA output. I would go for the HD 6450 but if you can go up to a higher graphics card like the 6670 then that'll be a much better performer but if your budget is strict then the 6450 will have to do.
