Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H Continuously Beeping

My computer as of now is not working. When i turn it on, the fans spins for about 10 secs and stops spinning for a second indicating that my pc turned off and starts spinning again indicating that it turned on again and it will on and off continuosly. I plugged a speaker for the motherboard so i can hear the beep properly. Its beeping continuously until it turn off and beeps continuously when it turned on. Is there a way to fix it or should i need to change the motherboad entirely? Please help. Thanks

Check the motherboard manual, i'm sure that beeping is a error which you can look at the manual.

I've checked the manual there's nothing about motherboard beep codes.

Already done re-inserting CMOS battery and resetting CMOS
