The PC turns on & shows the initial Gigabyte boot screen, then a few seconds later it switches to a blue screen that says "Gigabyte UEFI Dual Bios" at the top... then the PC restarts and continues to do this until I force shut down the PC
What I've tried:
kill power completely & disconnect CMOS battery
different keyboards in different USB ports
reseating components
the 'power cycle' fix that worked in this thread: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2834565/computer-shows-gigabyte-uefi-dual-boot-blue-screen-reboots-constantly.html
update: I tried shorting M_BIOS pins 1 & 6 - still did not work
I would just go buy another board locally, but they don't carry 1150 in stores anymore.
