Gigabyte ga-Z170-hd3 any good

So far i have been fan of gigabyte boards (use them for several years and never had complain)
So my question is how good is it if i plan to use it with i5 6400 and when needed upgrade to i7 67xx and do some mid range oc. Is that board good enough?

Any board in same price range that is better?

It does have some decent overclocking potential. It is a fairly basic board, but a good one overall.
