Just to clarify, that is HDD to Motherboard right? Also while you're here, does the Corsair VS 650W have a SATA Power cable included in the cables is gives? (I'm quite new to all this) Thanks!

Yes the SATA DATA cables that come with the board are for HDD\SSD and yes the PSU will have SATA power connections.
