Question Gigabyte GA-Z68ap can I replace burned part ?

Hey My pc wasn't starting first I thought it can be PSU which I found out was working. After looking closely I can see these burned marks on motherboard.

So question is can I replace burned part and motherboard will work ? I had raid on my system and got some important documents which I need.

Any idea where to buy this part ?

I have done it few times on my satellite receiver so most likely I can fix it but need help about what does this part called so I can try to buy it

Why don't you go to the repairer's shop?

I dont know about any repair shop in Norway who will do it.
