[SOLVED] GIGABYTE GA-Z97X-UD5H will not turn on

I recently moved the working motherboard to a new case , and new power supply. The round PW_SW glows red(see picture), so I assume power is getting to the motherboard.
but CPU fan, and case fans do not spin ...
I tried removing ram, gpu. Also swapped the battery.
Any suggestions ?

It looks like you may have used a pci-e power cable instead of a 4x4 CPU power cable to the ATX connector at the top left of the mobo? Can't see clearly in the picture.

Yes, that moved me forward - Thank you. Now the fans spin , and I see a 'C0' . Let me investigate what that means.
