Hello guys. I have a question:

I saw this graphic card *it's really really cheap, around 150$* : http://www.pcgarage.ro/placi-video/gigabyte/geforce-gt-1030-low-profile-2gb-ddr5-64-bit?utm_source=facebook.com&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=1490526&utm_campaign=Placi+video&utm_content=dpads-target-alike

It's an GIGABYTE GeForce GT 1030 Low Profile 2GB DDR5 64-bit. I mean, it's 1030, it has 2GB of video ram and it's DDR5. Why is it so cheap? Is it a laptop graphics card or somenthing?

Can it run GTA V (or any newer games) smoothly on medium settings?

No. The gt 1030 is an abysmal waste of money. Do not buy it, under ANY circumstances. To answer your last question, no it cannot. It will stutter and perform poorly. Also, what cpu would you be pairing this with?

I didn't really read the specs, only what was in the title. I currently own a NVDIA GeForce GT 630 2GB *i know, waste of money*; do you think the 1030 can run better than this current one?
Also, what graphics card could run GTA V *and some newer games like Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege; PUBG* and costs around 150-200$?

I've seen some reviews about the GTX 750TI; some of my friends told me to get an Second-Hand one and it can run GTA V very nice on High-Settings with average 70 fps. A Second-Hand one (Or Refurbished i think) costs around 50-70$.
