So i am super frustrated right now. I just build my computer and everything is working fine, I am typing this right now. However my graphic card is giving me so many problems. Every time i install the graphic card into the computer the computer will no longer boot. Nothing black screen, and just sits there with the boot device led light on. I have tried taking the battery out that did nothing. I installed all the drivers before putting the card in, that did not work. I checked all the cables. Nothing

The graphic card tries to load up. Fans start to work and go on and off a few times. Then just sits there. I am hoping its not bad as I wanted to play some games but I cant without it.

Check again if your cables are ok. Pci-e connector is 6+2 pins and the cpu one is 4+4. You can try another cable from the included with your psu.
See if your gpu is well placed in the pci slot.

Update the motherboard bios to the most recent version.
I guess only way to know if the card or something in the motherboard is bad is get another as close to like card and test if a backup/ test vid- card works as normal maybe the new card ? if it goofs up as well then you may need to look at something else [mobo- psu - ?? ]

check your motherboards bios updates to see if one adds new gpu support had to tell with asus all they mostly give is '' Improve system stability '' that could be anything under the sun I guess [then 14 bios updates all ready ? how unstable are skylake builds to start with ?? ]

also I do see these card may not work until you have all windows 10 updates from a fresh install that's how it was here I guess ?

When you put the graphic card in you must also connect the monitor the the graphic cards connectors. That's why it's black screen.
