Question Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3080 OC 12GB Flickering Issues

I am having screen flickering Issues when gaming, I currently have 7 games installed and out of those 7 games only 1 game doesn't flicker. I tried different DP's from 1.2 to 1.4 that didn't work, I also used DDU to see if the drivers were the issue but it's still happening, I even went so far than to having it replaced thinking that it was just a defective GPU but that was not the case because even the new one they sent still flickers. Also I tired using OBS to record the screen flickering as I launched each game and for some reason it didn't even record the screen flickering that is a strange one for me, I can really need someone's help

PSU: Corsair RMX Series 850 watt Gold
Monitor: LG 34GL750-B 34 Inch
