My graphics card suddenly lost a significant part of its performance, for example in Battlefield 1 I am not able to play even on medium details because I have drops below 50 fps. The same applies to Forza Horizon 4, medium detail 1080p and dips below 50 fps.

GPU usage is 99% in every game, at this time the processor barely captures up to 90% in Battlefield 1.

My result from Valley Benchmark:

What is more strange, framerate in the world of tanks seems fine and it is the only game like that.

I cleaned the entire computer, replaced the thermal pastes, reinstalled the system, reinstalled the GPU drivers 10 times. Unfortunately, nothing has helped as now.

Maybe someone had a similar problem, does anyone know how to solve it?

Hmm o_O, usually gpu and mobo have power states, as my cheapo 1150 has in chipset settings, in advanced i think, disable power saving any of kind under pcie and set to gen 3 (or gen 2 if that is your last option).
If you are unsure ill respond later this day.
What about hitting ram limit? 7.6 should be starting to use pagefile. I know that i struggled at cod ww2 7GBs used, even pubg made me do over 8 and hitting pagefile like nobody else.

Also to mention, not all details of world load ino vram of gpu, but also does load into system ram.
I would seek first to borrow 16gb (2x8) if possible to test if it works fine, you know your issue, cause you reinstalled windows and drivers multiple times, soo we go on hardware issue.

ps. What is your ram usage, I cannot see, thank you.
