Yes it will fit easily: Card is only 280mm.

GPU Clearance With Radiator: 334mm
GPU Clearance Without Radiator: 364mm

And how is this case for the build jonsbo v4 as with this case I can opt for a cheaper m atx Mobo as mini itx are really expensive when compared to m atx?
